Job Summary and Qualifications

As our Park Valet, you will

• Maintain premier level of service at the assigned location by greeting arriving customers at vehicles or entry doors in a positive and professional manner.

• Proactively offer parking and valet services and provides information and assistance as needed.
• Assist in facilitating patient/visitor flow between on-site valet services, registration points, or service area locations.
• Provide directions to desired locations or helps to determine desired location. Assures valet work area is well kept and orderly.
• Perform responsibilities within established customer service and safety standards.
• Adhere to system and department compliance policies, and any and all applicable laws and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or equivalent required

• Valid Drivers’ license with no major driving violations (i.e DUI, DWLR) in past three years’ required; no minor driving violations in past five years.

• Must be at least 21 years of age to meet the established insurance guidelines.

• Commercial Driver’s license preferred

• Three or more years of experience in hospitality industry, customer service, or related field. Prior money handling experience.

• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
