Full Stop. Bakery is looking for friendly and outgoing team members to represent our brand at local farmers markets. We specialize in handcrafted sourdough crackers and need team members who love our product as much as we do.

As a Farmers Market Team Member, your goal isn’t just to sell crackers -it is to embrace the rhythm of the local community while effectively communicating our company’s message and connecting with people. We’re looking for charisma, charm, approachability, and a desire to drive exceptional results with confidence and care.

What You’ll Do:

• Pick up market gear and supplies from our Boulder kitchen before each market (with the option to store setup materials from week to week if you have appropriate space)
• Engage with customers and share our passion for sourdough crackers
• Process sales transactions through a POS system on your cell phone
• Maintain a tidy and visually-appealing booth
• Represent Full Stop. Bakery in a positive and professional manner

What You Need:

• A car, valid driver‘s license, and a clean driving record
• A vehicle that can fit all market supplies (table, tent, tent weights, four large tubs, and small accessories)
• A friendly, outgoing personality and strong customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry market supplies (up to 40 lbs)
• Reliability and punctuality—markets run on a tight schedule!
