Parking Lot Sweeper Driver

City Wide Property Services, Inc. currently has an opening for a Parking Lot Sweeper to join our expanding team in Fresno, CA!

About the Position

• Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday: 8:30pm–5AM
• This is a job that requires you to get in and out of a truck frequently to walk the property in addition to operating the Sweeper truck to maintain the cleanliness of commercial properties. Specific tasks include the following:
• Operate parking lot Sweeper to sweep parking lot
• Removing trash, leaves and dirt from the parking lot and curb lines.
• Using a hand-held blower to blow walkways and hard to reach areas.
• Keeping planters neat and presentable from debris
• Change and reline trash cans throughout the property.

Requirements

• Clean driving record check performed through DMV (MVR)
• This role often requires working independently, being self-sufficient, and demonstrating strong communication skills. 
• Weekend availability required.
• Able to work outdoors year round in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, wind, etc.), with or without reasonable accommodation. 
• Proficiency in navigation and map interpretation
• Ability to use a hand-held blower
• Job duties may include moving or lifting supplies

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
