Schedule & Compensation:

Monday-Friday

6:00a.m.-12: 00pm

Wage: $16-$17 per hour

Benefits: Employees are eligible for health benefits (medical, dental, vision) after 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for monitoring the cleanliness of the parking lot and associated buildings/offices Parking lot cleaner will be responsible for removing debris from the parking lot, sweeping curb lines, picking out weeds, picking trash out of bushes and other outdoor areas. In the wintertime, this position has the primary responsibility of snow removal from sidewalks and entrances which includes shoveling, salting, and blowing.

Other Duties:

• Trash removal
• Light maintenance
• Special projects
• Office/Bathroom Cleaning

Requirements:

• Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to walk, sit, stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs without physical limitations
• Must be able to be active and on your feet for a majority of your shift.
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication and a high level of customer service towards clients and employees.
• Willingness to learn
• Positive attitude

Other:

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to get to work
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check prior to employment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
