The Parks Department of the Borough of Oakmont is seeking applications for seasonal staff to maintain the grounds within the Borough’s Parks from approximately early March to the end November at the starting rate of $17.00/hour.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to mowing, athletic field repair, and maintenance of the restrooms, playgrounds, and pavilions. Applicants normally work 40 hours per week, weather dependent. Successful candidates may be required to work on selective weekends during peak summer season. Applicants must be 16 years of age. A valid driver's license is preferred.

Applications are located at the Borough’s Administrative Office located at 767 5th Street, Oakmont, PA 15139 during normal business hours.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
