Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Store Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our Downtown Indianapolis storefront. Responsibilities

• Manage the store in daily operations and staff supervision.

• Manage inventory levels and assist with budgeting processes.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Oversee administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
