• Job Title: Paraprofessional (School, Home and Community settings)
• Location(s): Tiburon
• Start Date: ASAP
• Time: 15-35 hrs. per week / Monday thru Friday. 9:30-5
• Rate: $35-$40/hour (depending on experience)

We are currently hiring 1 positions 15-35 hours per week and require day time availability in Tiburon. Client is a young adult with autism and other disabilties.

Responsibilities and Duties: Provide expectation setting, emotion regulation, and social support to young adult in his home.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with autistic people or other special needs.
• Is focused on helping with emotion regulation.
• Can tolerate being bored.
• Works well as part of a team.
• Understands complexity and approaches it positively.
• Has a strong sense of self and is eager to learn new skills in working with special needs youth.
• Has a reliable means of transportation.

Required Experience: Minimum (2) years paraprofessional or ABA experience with a special needs child/teen in a home or classroom setting.

If you are accruing hours towards licensure as a Psych Assistant, MFTi, or ASW: Supervision is provided, and you will be paid to complete your hours.

Health Insurance: Health and dental insurance coverage available to employees working at least 20 hours per week.
