Position: Part Sorter Manufacturing

Summary

A manufacturer of plastic valves, filters, and bulkheads in Greeley, CO, is seeking a reliable Part Sorter to support production by inspecting, sorting, and packing molded parts to ensure quality standards are met.

Position Type

• Full-Time

Starting Pay: 17.00$

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection of molded plastic parts for defects or inconsistencies
• Sort and separate acceptable and non-conforming parts
• Pack finished products according to company standards
• Follow all quality control procedures and work instructions
• Maintain accurate counts and basic documentation as required
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Assist machine operators and technicians as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities

• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to use hands for sorting, handling, and packaging parts
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs as needed
• Basic math and counting skills
• Ability to distinguish color variations
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Skills

• Previous manufacturing or production experience (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with quality inspection processes

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/shop environment
• May include cleanroom areas

Schedule

• 40+ hours per week
• Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts)
• Occasional weekends and overtime as needed
