About the Role

Black Diamond Media is seeking a Part-Time Marketing & Media Assistant to support the CEO and HR Director. This role blends marketing, content support, and administrative coordination in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with social media posting, scheduling, and engagement
• Support content creation (Canvas graphics, captions; video a plus)
• Manage calendars, emails, and scheduling for leadership
• Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables
• Provide general administrative and HR support

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing, media, or admin support
• High School Diploma
• Highly organized with strong communication skills
• Proficient in Canva, Google Workspace, and social platforms
• Self-starter able to work independently and meet deadlines
