Job Duties:
- Obtains information by answering telephone calls, verifying information, call handling per client's procedure.
- Informs callers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information
- Maintains client records by updating account information.
- Helps callers in distress by responding to emergencies.
- Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Maintains security by following procedures
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort
