Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, staff, and vendors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to.
• Assist with daily operational tasks, including organizing supplies and maintaining cleanliness in shared spaces.
• Support administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and managing schedules or appointments.
• Monitor the premises during working hours to ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
• Respond promptly to inquiries or requests from staff or visitors, providing helpful information or directing them appropriately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth transitions between shifts and maintain an efficient workflow.
• Perform light maintenance or setup tasks for meetings or events as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
