Job Lakeside Facility Services is seeking to hire a part time evening cleaner in the Cleveland area.

two postions open currently:vacuuming / trash position is Sunday to Thursday
The mopping position is Sunday to Thursday

All positions that we need to hire for, these are union positions with a $16 pay rate.

positions are from 11:30pm-4am, and the schedule does require working weekends with specifically doing the mopping assignment

Workdays/hours: Sunday-Thursday 11:30pm-4:00am

4.5 hrs per day, 22.5 hrs a week (pay bi-weekly)

Pay rate: $16 per hour

note : this is a Union account and you will be part of a Union

Candidates cannot be afraid of heights(not outside) ; this assignment is mopping of hard surface floors.

Job Requirements:

• must be willing to undergo a background check
• must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• experience is preferred but not required

*You will be trained on the job and shown what to do before you are on your own*
