Job Objective: The Bahrain Institute of Banking & Finance (BIBF), Academic Studies Center, is seeking qualified part‑time lecturers to teach the following undergraduate modules:<br /> <br />· Company Law for Business <br />· Business & Commercial Law
Responsibilities: <p>1. Deliver and manage learning activities across assigned BIBF courses and related subjects.</p><p>2. Support the development and delivery of a high‑quality curriculum by ensuring course content and teaching methods remain current and effective.<br /><br />3. Review and maintain course materials—including syllabi, textbooks, manuals, lecture notes, and teaching aids—in alignment with BIBF policies and academic standards.<br /><br />4. Oversee student submissions, including assignments, case studies, and assessments; verify, evaluate, and grade all work.<br /><br />5. Serve as an assessor or internal verifier when required.<br /><br />6. Conduct assessments and preliminary examinations to monitor student progress.<br /><br />7. Perform administrative duties and provide support to colleagues as needed.<br /><br />8. Invigilate examinations in accordance with university regulations.</p>
Requirements & Experiences: <p>1. A minimum of a Master’s degree in one of the following fields, with a relevant Bachelor’s degree; a PhD is preferred:</p><p>· Law (LLM) <br />· Business Law <br />· Commercial Law <br />· International Business Law <br /><br />2. At least five years of subject‑matter expertise with a broad academic background supporting effective teaching.<br />3. Three to five years of industry experience is preferred.<br />4. Membership in a relevant professional body is an advantage.</p>
