Part time accountant

Key Responsibilities

Statutory Compliance & Reporting

● Ownership of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance — from data preparation to filing.

● Ensure timely and accurate filing of all statutory returns with zero delays.

● Coordinate with auditors for tax assessments, reconciliations, and filings.

E-Commerce Accounting & Reconciliation

● Upload and reconcile sales data from multiple e-commerce platforms into Tally.

● Track collections, commissions, deductions, and returns across channels.

● Reconcile payment gateways and marketplaces on a regular basis.

● Maintain structured documentation and live record-keeping of all transactions.

Financial Reporting

● Prepare and maintain monthly/quarterly P&L, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports for management review.

● Support cash flow management, vendor reconciliations, and payment tracking.

● Identify and report discrepancies proactively to management.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week
