Part-Time Accountant

Part-Time Accountant – White Crown Car Care (Qatar) We are looking for a Part-Time Accountant to join White Crown Car Care Center in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and providing clear, structured financial reports to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Review and audit all financial transactions (cash, bank, POS). Ensure proper recording of revenues and expenses. Work on the company’s accounting system to extract and analyze financial data. Prepare and deliver the following reports on a regular basis: 1. Profit & Loss Report (P&L) Total Sales Cost of Services Operating Expenses Net Profit 2. Branch Profitability Report Sales per branch Expenses per branch Net profit per branch 3. Service Profitability Report (For services such as: PPF, Tinting, Polishing, PDR, Electrical, Paint, AC) Revenue per service Cost per service Net profit or loss 4. Accounts Receivable & Payable Report Outstanding customer balances (A/R) Supplier dues (A/P) Collections vs pending amounts 5. Cash Flow Report Cash inflow Payments Bank & card revenues Monthly closing balance Additional Responsibilities: Monitor inventory and consumables usage Calculate accurate cost per service Track overall company profitability and branch-level performance Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance Important Note: A company system is already in place to record transactions and generate reports. The accountant’s role is to review, analyze, validate accuracy, and present insights professionally, not just data entry. ✅ Requirements: Proven experience in accounting (preferably in service or automotive industry) Strong knowledge of financial reporting and cost analysis Proficiency in Excel (advanced level preferred) Ability to organize and present data clearly Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently
