We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Accountant to manage our financial records, including receipts, transactions, and basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate record-keeping and support the company’s financial operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain all financial transactions accurately
- Organize and manage receipts, invoices, and payment records
- Prepare and update financial statements and reports
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Assist in preparing monthly and yearly accounts
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Support audits and provide necessary documentation when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience with bookkeeping and financial reporting
Working Hours:
- Part-time (flexible hours based on business needs)
