Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Accountant who is also familiar with website handling and administrative tasks for a motorcycle repair and selling garage.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

  • Maintain daily accounting records using Tally software
  • Record sales, purchases, expenses, and petty cash
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Bank and cash reconciliation
  • Basic financial reporting and monthly summaries

Website Handling

  • Update basic website content (services, contact details, pricing if required)
  • Upload photos or service updates when needed
  • Coordinate with web developer/hosting support if required

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain customer and supplier records
  • Handle basic documentation and filing
  • Support daily office administration
  • Assist with inventory and service records

Requirements

  • Experience as an Accountant / Accounts Assistant
  • Good knowledge of Tally (mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of website management
  • Familiar with MS Excel and MS Word
  • Ability to work independently
  • Prior experience in a garage / automobile / motorcycle industry is a plus

Pay: From AED1,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 14 per week
