Job Description
We are looking for a Part-Time Accountant who is also familiar with website handling and administrative tasks for a motorcycle repair and selling garage.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
- Maintain daily accounting records using Tally software
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, and petty cash
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Bank and cash reconciliation
- Basic financial reporting and monthly summaries
Website Handling
- Update basic website content (services, contact details, pricing if required)
- Upload photos or service updates when needed
- Coordinate with web developer/hosting support if required
Administrative Tasks
- Maintain customer and supplier records
- Handle basic documentation and filing
- Support daily office administration
- Assist with inventory and service records
Requirements
- Experience as an Accountant / Accounts Assistant
- Good knowledge of Tally (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of website management
- Familiar with MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to work independently
- Prior experience in a garage / automobile / motorcycle industry is a plus
