Part-Time Accountant – Fulfillment Center (Ajman)

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile COD payments from courier partners 3 times a month
- Prepare and issue monthly fulfillment invoices to clients
- Extract reports from the WMS system
- Validate order volumes, storage charges, pick & pack data, and delivery reports
- Cross-check courier invoices vs. internal reports
- Ensure accurate billing of fulfillment invoices between 7th – 15th of each month
- Maintain proper financial documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Accounting background (Diploma or Degree preferred)
- Experience in fulfillment centers, logistics, or e-commerce operations is highly preferred
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and accurately
- Attention to detail (critical for billing validation)

- Only 10 working days per month - Flexible timing
- Flexible timing
- However, availability of 5 days between 7th–15th of each month is mandatory for fulfillment invoice issuance
