Part Time Admin Assistant - Paw Time Favorite

We are an award-winning professional pet sitting and dog walking company based out of Shavano Park, Texas, proudly serving hundreds of pets and clients throughout the San Antonio area. We are currently looking for a reliable, organized, and compassionate Part-Time Administrative Assistant to help support our growing team.

This position is approximately 10 hours per week with flexibility, but availability to answer calls, assist clients, and support daily operations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and assist clients professionally and warmly
• Manage scheduling and client communication through software
• Respond to emails, texts, and client inquiries in a timely manner
• Help coordinate team schedules and updates
• Support onboarding tasks and administrative organization
• Assist with maintaining excellent client experience and communication
• Help monitor visit updates, report cards, and scheduling changes
• Provide general administrative support to ownership and the pet care team

Requirements

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH TIME TO PET. Do not apply if you are not familiar.

• Previous experience using software is required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable answering calls and handling client concerns professionally
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for animals and understanding of the pet care industry is a plus
• Must be proactive, positive, and team-oriented
• Must be at least 18 years old
