Administrative & Marketing Assistant (Part-Time – 12 Hours/Week)

Position Overview
The Shops at Ithaca Mall is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Marketing Assistant to provide direct support to the Management Team. This role is integral to daily office operations, tenant and vendor coordination, and marketing initiatives that enhance the overall shopping experience.

This is a part-time position averaging 12 hours per week, scheduled during regular business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional assistance to customers by phone and in person
  • Coordinate and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for vendors
  • Maintain logs for roof access and HVAC repairs
  • Submit weekly accounts payable and receivable documentation
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing packages
  • Ensure proper operation and accountability of office equipment
  • Update and manage the Center’s website and social media platforms
  • Assist with planning and coordinating marketing events and community initiatives
  • Support creative advertising efforts and in-mall signage
  • Maintain the annual calendar of meetings and training sessions
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 12 per week
