Part Time Administrative Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY

This position will provide administrative support to the office administrative team including:

• Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate person
• Input of data into computer system
• Organization of documents for record retention
• All other duties as assigned

This is a part time position located in Kieler, WI.

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Good record keeping and basic computer skills including Microsoft office
• Experience with computerized accounting software preferred
