Part-Time Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant’s responsibilities will vary based on location; however, strong communication skills and a personable demeanor are key factors to success. The ability to multi-task and be adaptive to changing responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude are also crucial. This position is located in La Grange Park, IL.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative duties such as answering and managing incoming calls, faxes and mail
  • Assists with AP and AR functions
  • Coordinates moving schedules and deliveries to the property
  • Interfaces with residents and responsible for responding to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Manages work orders, communicates status of work orders to residents in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • High School diploma required
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience, real estate or property management services experience preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain leasing license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Yardi experience, preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter and able to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate Range for this position: $17.00 - $19.00
