This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and plays an important role in ensuring a smooth and professional client experience. Principal Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule client meetings
- Support the Director of Operations and Financial Advisor team with meeting preparation and general administrative tasks
- Follow up on action items resulting from prospect and client meetings, including completing paperwork for investment and insurance products
- Facilitate client contribution and distribution requests
- Set up new client accounts and maintain accurate account information
- Process beneficiary updates and other account maintenance requests
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting
- Maintain and update all client contact records
- Proactively assist with operational and client service needs
- Perform additional office administrative duties, including ordering office supplies and supporting day-to-day office operations

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
