Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience

Responsibilities

Assist the Admissions team with daily administrative and clerical tasks

Answer phone calls and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

Help coordinate admissions paperwork and resident documentation

Maintain accurate records and files

Communicate with hospitals, referral sources, residents, and families

Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the admissions process

Assist with scheduling, data entry, filing, and other office duties as needed
Qualifications

Previous administrative experience preferred, healthcare experience a plus

Strong customer service and communication skills required

Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
