Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Clinic)

Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE

Job Type: Part-Time (4 hours per day – Morning 9 AM to 1 PM OR Evening 5 PM to 9 PM)

Salary: AED 2,000 per month

Job Description

We are a growing clinic in Umm Al Quwain looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The role is suitable for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable with both administrative and client-facing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Update computer software as required.
  • Send WhatsApp messages via company account to patients regarding offers, reminders, and new treatments.
  • Occasionally drive to meet partners or clients for business needs (driving license preferred).
  • Assist with general office and communication tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Arabic language is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in using computers, WhatsApp, and basic office software.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.

Work Hours:

  • 4 hours daily (choose either shift):
  • Morning: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Evening: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Benefits:

  • Fixed salary of AED 2,000 per month.
