Part Time Administrative Assistant / Office Assistant

We are looking for a part-time office assistant. The part-time position will be 4-6 hours daily. You must be able to work Monday through Friday and be flexible with start and end times for the day. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm.

Answer phones, Cleaning, make follow-up calls to customers, manage paperwork, sorting, mailing, maintaining a well organized environment and other office duties as needed.

You must be able to communicate well with employees, management, customers and vendors.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

- Ability to multi-task

- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Previous experience in a customer service environment helpful
