Part Time Administrative Assistant / Office Assistant

We are looking for a part-time office assistant. This position will be 4–6 hours per day, Monday through Friday. While schedules may vary, the typical working hours will be between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Applicants must be flexible, especially during the initial training period, and be available to come in earlier in the day as needed. Our office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities include answering phones, cleaning, making follow-up calls to customers, managing paperwork, sorting and mailing, maintaining an organized office, and other duties as needed.

You must be able to communicate well with employees, management, customers, and vendors.

  • Ability to multi-task
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Previous customer service experience is helpful
