Part-Time Administrative Assistant / Sales Support

Ascend Dealer Consulting is hiring a dependable, organized, and proactive part-time Administrative Assistant / Sales Support team member to help keep the business moving.

This is not a full sales role. It is a support role focused on follow-up, paperwork, CRM organization, route planning support, onboarding help, and light local client support. About 80% of the role is administrative and operational support, and about 20% is light field work such as dropping off brochures and checking in on local accounts.

The goal of this role is to help keep the business organized, keep opportunities from getting dropped, and help the owner stay focused on high-value work in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Send and manage DocuSign paperwork
  • Keep HubSpot CRM accurate, organized, and up to date
  • Track follow-up items and help make sure nothing gets dropped
  • Send recap emails and help organize next steps
  • Support route planning and help prepare efficient daily schedules
  • Help identify backup stops and route changes when plans shift
  • Assist with dealer onboarding and setup follow-up
  • Check account status and help track account movement
  • Maintain clean records, notes, and pipeline visibility
  • Help prepare weekly reporting and activity summaries
  • Research dealerships and add strong-fit prospects into the CRM
  • Handle light local field support, including brochure drop-offs and simple client touches
  • Help keep the business more organized at the end of the day than it was at the start

Requirements

  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Strong follow-up and task management skills
  • Good written communication
  • Comfortable learning systems such as HubSpot, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
  • Able to work independently and stay on top of multiple moving parts
  • Reliable, professional, and dependable
  • Reliable transportation for occasional local field support
  • Administrative support, customer service, or office support experience preferred
  • CRM experience is a plus
  • Dealership, automotive, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 20 hours per week
Pay: $13.00 to $14.00 per hour. Starting pay is $13.00 per hour, with 30-day and 60-day performance reviews and the opportunity for increases based on performance. Additional bonus opportunities available based on operations support, account activation, and account movement.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Sales administration: 1 year (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Required)
