Part-Time Administrative & Business Development Coordinator

Red Note Consulting Inc. is a cross-border consulting and advisory firm focused on helping businesses and investors connect opportunities between Asia and North America. Our work includes business consulting, market entry support, strategic partnerships, M&A advisory, and operational support for international clients.


We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative & Business Development Coordinator to support our growing operations remotely.


The Coordinator will be hired through 3rd party Deel HR Services. Hourly rate is $23/Hour.


Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound business calls and direct inquiries professionally
  • Respond to emails and coordinate follow-ups with clients and partners
  • Assist with marketing outreach and cold email campaigns
  • Research platforms, databases, and online business opportunities
  • Build and maintain company presence across business and social platforms
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for management/team members
  • Organize administrative records, spreadsheets, and internal tracking
  • Support business development initiatives and client communications
  • Assist with basic presentation, document formatting, and online research tasks
  • Organize and maintain company documents and records
  • Manage office supplies on a need basis
  • Support the analyst and consultant team during U.S.-based operations and client activities


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Professional email etiquette and phone communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, or online marketing tools is a plus
  • Prior administrative, customer service, marketing, or consulting support experience preferred
  • Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams and Excel
