Part-Time Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and tech-comfortable person to help support our growing remodeling businesses.

This is a part-time office position with flexible hours. The role includes a mix of administrative support, light bookkeeping, scheduling, customer communication, and helping keep our office and projects organized.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Answering calls, texts, and emails
  • Scheduling appointments and organizing calendars
  • Entering receipts and expenses
  • Assisting with bookkeeping and invoices
  • Organizing project files and paperwork
  • Helping manage social media posts and online communication
  • Assisting with customer follow-up
  • General office and administrative support

Ideal candidate:

  • Comfortable using computers, email, and smartphones
  • Familiar with Facebook and social media
  • Organized and dependable
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to learn new software and systems
  • Prior office or bookkeeping experience is helpful, but not required

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating with people, and helping a growing business run smoothly.

Part-time hours to start, with potential for growth over time.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
