Life Purpose Institute is seeking a part-time Admissions Consultant to support prospective students through the enrollment process for our coach certification programs.
This role is ideal for someone who is personable, emotionally intelligent, service-oriented, confident in sales conversations, and motivated by helping people move toward meaningful personal and professional goals.
This is a performance-oriented role focused on conducting consultations, following up with prospective students, and guiding warm leads through the decision-making and enrollment process.
Schedule
- Part-time
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Monday–Thursday, 8:00am–1:00pm PST
Compensation
- $20-22/hour
- 5% commission on enrollments
- Typical total compensation is expected to range from approximately $2,500–$3,500+ per month depending on performance and enrollments
Responsibilities
- Conduct admissions consultations with prospective students via phone and Zoom
- Follow up with warm leads who have requested information or scheduled consultations
- Build rapport and guide prospective students through the enrollment process
- Maintain consistent follow-up communication via phone, and email
- Manage and maintain lead pipeline activity in CRM
- Follow established admissions, sales, and follow-up processes
- Schedule consultations and maintain accurate notes/tasks
- Participate in training, call reviews, and ongoing performance feedback
- Support additional admissions-related projects during slower periods as needed
