Part-Time Aesthetic Consultant (Sales + Patient Experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Part-Time Aesthetic Consultant to join our team, focusing on delivering exceptional sales experiences and enhancing patient satisfaction within our aesthetic and skincare services. Duties

  • Engage with clients to understand their aesthetic needs and recommend suitable treatments or products based on their goals and medical history
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical details clearly to facilitate informed decision-making
  • Manage client accounts by maintaining detailed records of consultations, preferences, and treatment plans
  • Build strong relationships through proactive communication, follow-up, and personalized service to foster loyalty
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Lead engaging product demos and educational sessions to showcase new treatments or skincare lines
  • Utilize analysis skills to assess client feedback, sales data, and market trends for continuous improvement in service offerings

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within medical aesthetics, skincare, or pharmaceutical sales environments
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships
  • Demonstrated success in account management and outside sales roles, with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) interactions
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients on complex products or procedures
  • Familiarity with medical or aesthetic treatments, including technical sales of skincare devices or pharmaceuticals is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and PowerPoint for presentations and documentation
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and appointments efficiently
  • Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and team members alike

Pay: $58,758.92 - $70,763.43 per year
