Join our growing team as a Part-Time Aesthetic Nurse/NP/PA Injector at Gorg! Wellness & Aesthetics, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional aesthetic treatments that enhance our clients’ confidence and natural beauty. We are a local LGBTQ+ and Veteran-owned medspa located in Austin, TX, focused on providing inclusive, judgment-free, and results-driven care in a modern, elevated environment.

This position is ideal for a motivated provider who is excited to build their own client base and grow within a fast-expanding brand. It is is designed for someone who is highly motivated to build their book of business, contribute to a team environment, and grow into a long-term position within the company.

Under physician-delegated protocols and in collaboration with our medical director, you will perform aesthetic injectable treatments and other medical aesthetic and wellness services while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care.

Responsibilities

• Administer aesthetic injections including botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with precision and care, following established protocols and safety standards
• Administer other Aesthetic and Wellness treatments such as IV vitamin infusions, PRP, RF Microneedling, peptides, and HRT, under physician-delegated protocols.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews, vital signs, and skin evaluations to determine suitable treatment options
• Educate clients on treatment options, procedure expectations, post-treatment care, and potential outcomes to foster trust and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate medical documentation of treatments performed, patient responses, and follow-up plans using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Ensure sterile or aseptic technique and infection control practices during all procedures to uphold the highest safety standards
• Collaborate with the team to develop customized aesthetic treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and goals
• Collaborate with team on promotions and growth initiatives
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product updates in aesthetics to provide innovative solutions
• Participate in content creation (before/after photos, social media content)
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships
• Follow up with patients to ensure proper healing and optimal outcomes.

Experience

• Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Physician Assistant (PA), or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with current state certification and licensing requirements fulfilled
• Prior experience administering injectables such as dermal fillers and botulinum toxin treatments in an aesthetic or medical setting preferred
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, physiology, and skin assessment techniques
• Experience working with EMR systems like PracticeQ for documentation purposes
• Knowledge of medical terminology related to aesthetic procedures and patient care protocols
• Knowledge of aesthetic emergency protocols and experience handling clinical emergencies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively while maintaining professionalism
• Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, infection control practices, and sterile/aseptic technique in clinical environments
• Passion for aesthetics and continued learning

Position Details

• Schedule: 1–2 days per week starting
• Compensation: Commission-based (30–40% of service revenue, based on service provided)
• Opportunity to transition into hourly + commission and eventually full-time based on consistent performance and booking volume

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed RN, NP, or PA in Texas
• Formal Advanced Injectables Training
• 6–18+ months of injecting experience preferred (motivated newer injectors with some experience encouraged to apply)
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy
• Comfortable with social media and being on camera
• Self-motivated and excited to build a personal client base
• Positive, team-oriented, and growth-minded
