The Role

As an Aesthetician at Solcara Health, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional aesthetic experiences while building meaningful relationships with patients. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, professional, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding care and results.

The ideal candidate is warm, confident, and able to create a welcoming experience while educating clients on skincare, treatments, and wellness-focused beauty solutions.

Core ResponsibilitiesClient Care & Treatments

• Perform aesthetic treatments and skincare services based on patient needs and goals
• Conduct consultations and recommend appropriate skincare treatments and products
• Educate patients on treatment plans, skincare routines, and aftercare instructions
• Maintain a high standard of patient comfort, professionalism, and safety

Treatment Room & Compliance

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of treatment rooms and equipment
• Follow all health, safety, and infection-control protocols
• Ensure accurate documentation of services and treatment notes

Client Experience & Retention

• Build strong relationships with patients through excellent communication and care
• Create a welcoming, relaxing, and luxury-level patient experience
• Support patient retention through education and personalized recommendations

Team Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with providers and staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Support promotions, events, and wellness initiatives within the practice

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Aesthetician License (state licensure required)
• Prior experience performing aesthetic treatments and skincare services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused demeanor

Preferred:

• Experience in medical aesthetics, med spa, concierge medicine, or wellness settings
• Knowledge of advanced skincare treatments, facials, and aesthetic services
• Sales experience or comfort recommending skincare products and treatment plans
• Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and personalized care
