Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM (25–30 hours/week)
Compensation: $25–$30/hour, paid through household payroll system, with paid vacation and sick days

The family follows a supportive and structured parenting approach, especially to meet the developmental needs of their older child. They are looking for a patient, communicative nanny who genuinely enjoys spending time with children and can become a trusted, consistent presence in their household.

Children

• Older Child (5 years old): Neurodivergent, on the autism spectrum (Level 1). The family prioritizes routines and a predictable environment to support success and comfort.
• Younger Child (2 years old): Typically developing, enjoys play, exploration, and age-appropriate activities.

Responsibilities

• School/daycare pickup and transportation
• Engaging children in play and age-appropriate activities
• Preparing simple meals and snacks
• Cleaning up after meals and activities
• Maintaining children's routines

Ideal Candidate

• Patient and understanding, especially when supporting neurodivergent children
• Experienced with young children and multiple children at once
• Comfortable maintaining routines and structure
• Strong communicator who keeps parents informed
• Warm, engaging, and enjoys active play
• Nurturing, reliable, and excited to be part of the family’s daily routine

Qualifications

• Experience with young children; experience with neurodivergent children preferred or willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving children
• Fully vaccinated according to standard caregiver recommendations, including flu vaccine
• English speaking

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
