Part-Time Afternoon Nanny Needed (Weekdays)

Overview
Seeking a reliable, warm, and organized nanny to support our kids during the afternoon and early evening hours. Both parents work full-time and may occasionally work from home. Our faith is an important part of our family life, and we emphasize kindness, respect, and strong character in our home. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable and supportive of those values.

Schedule

• 30 hours per week, Monday–Friday
• Typical hours: 1:30–7:30pm or 2:00–8:00pm (some flexibility)
• Mornings are free—great for classes, another job, or personal time

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children during afternoon hours, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Perform light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, such as cleaning up after meals and activities
• School pick-up and transportation to after-school activities
• Preparing simple, kid-friendly dinners (pasta, chicken nuggets, etc.)
• Supporting evening routines, including bathtime
• Occasional help with bedtime

Experience

• Dependable, kind, and comfortable managing afternoon schedules
• Safe, confident driver with a clean driving record
• Enjoys engaging with kids and keeping evenings running smoothly
• Demonstrated ability to create a safe, nurturing environment while engaging children in meaningful activities

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
