Part Time Airbnb Cleaner $25+hr. - Emporia KS

Thank you for your interest in the cleaning position, here is a basic description of what the job entails.

I am looking for someone to clean between checkouts during the week and/or weekends between 11a - 3p.

The basic duties include:

• Changing beds, washing & drying all linens and towels
• Wiping down sink, toilet and tub in all bathrooms
• Emptying trash
• Wiping down sink, counters and table in kitchen
• Washing, drying, & putting away any dishes (guest should be doing this but there might be some on occasion)
• Sweep / Vacuum the floors
• Mop as needed
• Generally keep common areas clean & tidy
• ALL CLEANING SUPPLIES PROVIDED

All tasks generally take around 2 - 3 hours to complete.

The pay ranges from $80 to $160 per cleaning project depending on the size of the property, and is paid via direct deposit within 7-10 business days.

Please note due to the nature of Airbnb short term rentals there may be several checkouts in a week, or none at all. But on average there around 10 reservations a month ranging from 1 to 5 days.
