Current Open Positions

Assistants for Various Grades

• Take daily attendance for assigned classroom
• Assist with classroom management, student activities, and administrative tasks
• Adapt to a variety of roles, including substitute teaching when needed
• Assist with lunch duty, recess, and carline (drop-off/pick-up)
• Provide one-on-one or small group support as requested
• Participate in professional development as requested

2nd Grade Guide
Pay commensurate with experience (Part-Time)

• Teach and support 2nd grade students in an engaging classroom
• Foster academic and social growth through creative, meaningful learning experiences

3rd Grade Guide
Pay commensurate with experience (Part-Time)

• Teach and support 3rd grade students in their academic journey
• Foster academic and social growth through creative, meaningful learning experiences

Physical Education (PE) Teacher
Pay commensurate with experience (Part-Time - 1 or 2 days a week)

• Plan and implement PE programs across multiple grade levels
• Promote physical fitness, teamwork, and healthy habits

Math Specialist – Middle School
Part-Time or Full-Time (if combined with additional teaching responsibilities; teacher certification preferred))
Pay commensurate with experience

• Provide targeted math instruction and support
• Lead small groups, tutoring sessions, and skill development

Math Specialist – High School
Part-Time or Full-Time (if combined with additional teaching responsibilities; teacher certification preferred)
Pay commensurate with experience

• Provide targeted math instruction and support
• Support students through tutoring and small group instruction

Voyage Project Specialist
Pay commensurate with experience (Part-Time or Full-Time)

• Oversee planning and execution of Voyage Projects (cross-curricular, hands-on learning)
• Collaborate with teachers to design innovative, meaningful learning experiences

Facilities & Security Coordinator
Pay commensurate with experience (Part-Time or Full-Time)

• Oversee safety, security, and day-to-day campus operations
• Manage building access and monitor shared spaces
• Support safety protocols and emergency procedures
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships
• Assist with event setup and campus operations
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

High School Chemistry Teacher
(Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field required; teacher certification preferred)
Pay commensurate with experience

• Lead engaging, student-centered Chemistry courses
• Design and implement hands-on labs and experiments

High School Physical Science Teacher
(Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field required; teacher certification preferred)
Pay commensurate with experience

• Teach foundational Physical Science concepts through hands-on instruction
• Create meaningful connections between science and real-world applications

Art Specialist (Part-Time) – Grades 3rd–8th

• Support students and faculty in integrating art across disciplines
• Provide guidance, resources, and hands-on support for creative projects and artistic techniques
• Help cultivate a culture of creativity and expression within the classroom

Qualifications (All Positions)

• Passion for education and student development in a Christian environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Relevant experience preferred
• Positive attitude and commitment to a student-centered environment
