We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This remote role is crucial for successfully managing projects that expand our network and services to underserved areas. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, capable of driving projects from conception to completion in a dynamic environment. This position offers the flexibility of either full-time or part-time employment.



Responsibilities

* Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives.

* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

* Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

* Effectively communicate project expectations and progress to team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

* Manage project budgets, tracking expenditure and ensuring financial objectives are met.

* Identify, analyse, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

* Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and report on progress to management.

* Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

* Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, providing direction and support to the project team.



Qualifications

* Proven experience in project management, successfully delivering projects from start to finish.

* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

* Solid organisational skills, including meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Proficiency in project management software and tools.

* A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
