Founders Table, owner of Chopt Creative Salad Company, is looking to bring on a part-time AP Clerk for their Rye Brook, NY based accounting department. Please note: this is an in-office position and will require work in our Rye Brook, NY office Monday- Wednesday, 8-5.
Responsibilities include:
- Review and process all emails in the AP mailbox
- Complete weekly/monthly vendor account reconciliations Contact Vendors for Statements Contact Vendors for Additional Information to register
- Maintain Xtrachef portal Invoice Allocation to Location Monitor Approvals and Reconciliation Review Invoices for Processing Update the Exception records Mapping uploaded invoices
- Upload/Create invoices and CM’s in databases to ensure that information accuracy Map Items to GL Accounts in Restaurant 365 Maintain Vendor information
- Assist with other accounting projects Requirements include:
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent organizing abilities
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. R365)
- AAS in accounting, finance or relevant field
- 1-3 years of work experience in a relevant business/industry Pay: $18 to $22 per hour based on experience
