Part-Time Apartment Cleaning Technician
Homeland Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-time Apartment Cleaning Technician to maintain the cleanliness of vacant units at an apartment complex in Campton, KY. This part-time position offers 16 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during daytime hours—no nights, no weekends—with a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain vacant apartment units, including sweeping, washing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure office spaces remain clean and organized.
- Maintain outdoor areas by picking up debris and keeping the grounds tidy.
- Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned by the Site Manager and Regional Property Manager.
Qualifications:
- Strong reliability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Must have dependable transportation.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Paid scheduled holidays.
