Part-Time Arabic teacher (Persian language speaker)

We are looking for a passionate and student-focused Arabic Teacher who is also a fluent Persian (Farsi) speaker. This role is specifically designed to support our Persian-speaking learners in mastering the Arabic language through clear, culturally-attuned instruction.

As part of our academic team, you will deliver engaging lessons on-site in Dubai, helping students bridge the gap between their native language and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality Arabic language lessons tailored to Persian speakers.
• Utilize Persian where necessary to explain complex Arabic grammar and vocabulary.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive, "human" feedback that encourages growth.
• Create a supportive classroom environment that fosters confidence in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Collaborate with the academic team to ensure our curriculum meets the highest standards.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Arabic AND Persian (Farsi) is essential.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Arabic Literature, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience teaching Arabic as a second language (experience in the UAE is a plus).
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to connect authentically with students.
• Availability: Must be available for part-time, on-site hours in Dubai.
