IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING IN COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT - THIS JOB IS FOR YOU!! EXPERIENCED Assistant for onsite condominium office. Must have strong Customer Service Skills. Job is 20 hours per week. $20.00-$22.00 per hour depending on skills and experience. Monday - Thursday 9-2.
Will be responsible for overseeing the operational and administrative functions of the community.
Requirements:
* Advanced command of computer systems (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Outstanding Customer Service
* Excellent people skills
* Effective Written and Verbal Communication Skills
* Strong Organizational Skills
Duties Include:
* Onsite Owner Communication
* Day to Day Operations
* Data Entry
* Work with CAM to facilitate work orders with vendors
* Work with CAM regarding homeowner issues
The salary is $20 - $22 based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
