We’re looking for a friendly, confident, customer-focused professional to help run the day-to-day operations of one of our storage facilities.

What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be one of the primary on-site team members responsible for customer experience and property performance.
Sales & Customer Service
- Help customers choose the right storage solution
- Confidently close rentals and drive occupancy
- Follow up with leads and customer inquiries
- Provide friendly, professional service in person and over the phone
Account & Rental Management
- Process move-ins and move-outs
- Manage customer accounts and rental agreements
- Process payments and balance transactions
- Maintain accurate customer records
Property Operations
- Keep the facility clean, secure, and well-maintained
- Conduct routine property inspections
- Enforce facility policies professionally
- Maintain records and activity in property management software
Problem Solving
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism
- Handle questions, disputes, and concerns confidently
- Maintain a positive experience for every customer
Who Does Well in This Role
This position is ideal for someone who:
- Has experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, apartment leasing, or property management
- Is friendly and approachable, but also confident closing sales
- Enjoys helping customers make decisions
- Is organized, reliable, and self-motivated
- Can work independently without constant supervision
- Is comfortable learning new systems and software
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
Schedule
Part-time schedule with consistent hours.
Typical schedule:
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Occasional weekday coverage available (optional)
