Part-time Associate Dentist

We are seeking a part-time Associate Dentist to join our established team. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, possesses a strong work ethic, and is focused on providing high-quality dental care with an outstanding chairside manner. This role offers true clinical autonomy in a supportive environment, with a clear focus on the patient relationship rather than production quotas.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dental exams, accurately diagnose oral health conditions, and formulate effective treatment plans for patients of all ages.
  • Provide a full range of general dentistry procedures, including but not limited to, preventive care, restorative work (fillings, crowns), endodontics (root canals), and extractions.
  • Utilize and interpret digital radiography and other diagnostic tools to assist with examinations.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and present treatment options in a clear, compassionate manner.
  • Administer local anesthesia and sedation as required.
  • Collaborate with assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless and efficient patient flow.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Adhere to strict safety guidelines and infection control protocols in accordance with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited U.S. dental school.
  • Active and unrestricted state dental license, in good standing.
  • Proven clinical experience; a minimum of 1–2 years is preferred, though exceptional new graduates or residents may be considered.
  • Strong proficiency across a broad range of general dental procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-first mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • CPR certification.
