Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Part-time Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, perform a variety of dental procedures, and contribute to a positive patient experience. Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions using general dentistry techniques.
  • Perform dental procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery.
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and explain procedures clearly to patients.
  • Utilize dental imaging technology and interpret results accurately.
  • Maintain accurate medical and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed, including aseptic techniques.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive patient care using four-handed dentistry methods.
  • Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care.
  • Adhere to all medical documentation standards and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Skills

  • Proficiency with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
  • Experience in pediatric dentistry, including working with pediatric patients and pediatric-specific procedures.
  • Skilled in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
  • Familiarity with infection control protocols and aseptic techniques in a clinical setting.
  • Ability to utilize medical imaging equipment effectively for diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to patient assessment and education.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical records management.
  • Experience working in dental clinics or offices is preferred; familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus. This position offers an engaging work environment where your clinical expertise will make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives while supporting the growth of our practice.

Pay: $78,324.55 - $94,326.35 per year
