Part-time Associate Dentist

Vision

The Associate Dentist is the representative of leadership, exceptional dental care, service, and results in our practice. They just adhere to the highest standards of dental practice, ethics, service, and professionalism. They must create relationships with patients, parents and the allied health care community to promote the practice's vision and values and create returning patients who are comfortable referring and recommending our services. They must be committed to ongoing continuing education and strive to reach high standards in the office as well as the community.

As a mentor and role model the Associate Dentist supports and enhances the practice's systems, trains and coaches team members, and strives to achieve the goals and strategies of the practice. As the Associate Dentist is a perceived leader in our practice, their actions must be of the highest caliber both inside and outside of the practice. Their contributions create a smoothly running, high-morale practice with a happy and productive team. The number one responsibility of all employees is a patient care and meeting patients needs. This guide outlines responsibilities that must be accomplished daily, weekly, and monthly. Additional responsibilities may be required as needed.

Key Goals/Benchmarks of Role

• Achieves daily, weekly, monthly production goals set in the Annual Plan
• Supports the practice's goals in: collections, expenses management, number of new patients, case acceptance, etc.
• Creates a "peak performing" active patient base for ideal viability and results
• Abides by the ideal scheduling templates

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $800.00 per day
