Part Time Associate Dentist needed in busy multi doc private practice

I am looking for a PT associate dentist to join my practice. There are 3 of us docs currently and we are looking to add someone to work 2 days a week (This will most likely turn to 3 days a week in 2026 sometime). Our office is open Monday - Friday 7am-4pm (one hour lunch). We huddle at 6:35am. We have two dentists working each day and 4-5 hygienists each day.

Who makes a good candiate ?

-US licensed dentist with at least 2-5 practice experience
