Part-Time Associate/Airbrush Tanning Technician

At Organic Bronze Bar, our passion is providing our amazing customers with a healthy alternative to UV tanning through organic airbrush spray tanning and related clean skincare products! We offer a healthy, beautiful, glow with no streaks, no smell, no orange, and no machine booths. Our mission is to serve all people, skin, and body types by customizing personalized glows with our exclusive solution packed with the highest quality organic ingredients. Each airbrush spray tan is hand applied by a professional airbrush tan technician, who will ensure that the tan goes on smoothly and evenly to make customers feel radiant!

Are you looking for a new opportunity that has growth potential? Organic Bronze Bar is hiring part-time associates, who are passionate about health, wellness, beauty, and a drive to help others at our SouthPark studio and brand new Waverly location! We will offer training to qualified candidates for this position upon hiring. Esthetician license is recommended, but not required.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

· Providing expert custom organic airbrush spray tanning application/services, including evaluating skin types and tailoring recommendations for a natural glow (training and certification will be provided)

· Supporting excellent customer service, including booking appointments, responding to customer calls/inquiries, checking clients in/out

· Supporting retail sales and client education for products/services/pricing/packages/memberships

· Contributing to marketing campaigns, including social media

· Helping to maintain a clean and beautiful salon workplace through regular cleaning

· Supporting opening/closing

· Experience is preferred but not a requirement

We are seeking part-time associates starting at approximately 15-20 hours per week, including weekdays and every other Saturday availability. Opportunities for growth/additional hours over time are available. Compensation includes base pay + sales commissions + tips + an unlimited employee tanning membership ($99/mo value)!
