Part-Time AutoCAD, BIM, 3D Modeling & Project Management Trainer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced AutoCAD, BIM, 3D Modeling & Project Management Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented training programs. The ideal candidate must have prior experience as a trainer and strong hands-on expertise in CAD, BIM, 3D visualization, and project management fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training on AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
• Teach Structural Drafting & Design Basics
• Conduct classes on Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, and Revit MEP
• Train students on BIM 360 collaboration and workflows
• Teach Navisworks Manage, including Clash Detection
• Deliver full training on Civil 3D
• Train students in Fit-out & Interior Modeling
• Teach 3Ds Max and SketchUp for 3D modeling and visualization
• Introduce Project Management concepts and tools, including Primavera, MS Project, and PMP basics
• Prepare lesson plans, real-world projects, and practical assignments
• Evaluate student progress and provide continuous feedback

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a trainer/instructor (mandatory)
• Strong practical experience with all or most of the tools listed above
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to train beginner to advanced-level learners
• Must be a UAE resident
• Part-time position only
• No visa or residency will be provided

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Industry experience in construction, BIM, or engineering projects
• Relevant certifications (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Civil 3D, PMP – an advantage)
• Experience delivering corporate or academic training programs

Pay: AED50.00 - AED100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
